cortland01@aolMy family owned and worked at "The Club"untill it burned in about 1962. Business was way down by then because of the many topless bars opening in the L.A. area. Anymore stuff on the Colony Club IN Gardena out there?

For cortland01@aol
Please contact me regarding your Colony Club posting as my family was also a co-owner of the Club and would be interested in exchanging stories.

I have a coin from this particular burlesque show. I would like to know if you have any information as to the history of this. I'm curious to see if it has some connection with the mafia/gansters.

My pops was a bar tender at The Colony Club way back when.. He's 92 now and remembers the place like it was yesterday. He thinks he worked there for about 13 years. In the late 50s? Early 60's. He also worked at a bar called the High Bar B. I would be intereste in some stories with Cortland01...
